#84 The Slow Down

Hello, friends.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the US.

Thank you for tuning in every two weeks to Notes from the Field. I’m thankful for each of you and don’t take it lightly that you’ve chosen to follow along.

What I’m Learning/Doing

This time of year is always exciting. Thanksgiving to the New Year is a time when you can slow down enough to think about what’s next.

I’ve been working on something the last month or so that could completely change what 2020 looks like for me and my businesses. Hopefully by the next update I can share more.

In addition, I’ll be winding down my “calendar” between now and 12.13 so that the last few weeks of 2019 are dedicated to priority work and rest.

What are you excited about planning for or working on during the “holidays”?

Changelog

Honestly: We’re still working on 2020 planning with clients as well as working on it ourselves. It’s a great time to slow down and look inward.

LOFT: We have our $40k MRR goal in sight and just need to stay consistent. We have our second FTE starting in a week.

CrewPay: We’re preparing to roll out our 1099 service. There are so many “i’s” to dot and “t’s” cross.

Pttrns: A few weeks ago we placed a CTA for our Pttrns Studio idea. We’ve added almost 80 invite requests in the last 10 days (over 530 on the list already).

Until next time.
