#77 The Mindset Rumination
Hello, friends.
I’m writing this from near Grand Rapids, MI. A few friends and I just wrapped up the third annual Golf Kooks Retreat. Also, the family and I snuck up to Ludington last week for some summer fun before school starts next week.
What I’m Learning/Doing
Here are two questions I’ve been pondering a lot recently. It comes from a questionnaire one of my friends sends to his coaching clients. I encourage you to invest some time with these.

Also, we have a few messaging and brand engagements in progress. Thought I’d share the “6 W questions” you need to answer to nail your language and tone.
- Who are you trying to reach?
- What do they believe? Want?
- Why do they care?
- What story are you telling?
- Where is the fear that prevents action?
- When do you expect people to take action?

Honestly: We’ve started revamping a few things on website including the library. For too long we’ve not leveraged our skills and talents for our own marketing efforts. Being cobbler’s kids isn’t a valid excuse.
LOFT: There is a lot of internal product development going on and a new website in the works. Look forward to its launch early next month.
CrewPay: We’ve been focused on UI/UX enhancements, a new website and customer acquisition. The team has built some great momentum.
Pttrns: Had a great conversation about partnering last week with a web app that is one of Pttrns biggest referral sources. I’m excited about the potential to collaborate with them on Pttrns Studio.
