Movie Lessons: The Three Amigos remind us to give water to the thirsty

Give thirsty customers water. In today’s movie lesson, The Three Amigos (I’m a sucker for 80’s Chevy Chase movies) remind us that we need to meet the needs of our customers. In this scene, his character Dusty, clearly fails to offer the quench the other amigos’ thirst. I see companies do this all the time. They offer something that consumers don’t want (or need), while remaining clueless to the fact that the real answer is under their noses.
