This triggered a thought I wanted to share with you as we build CrewPay into a great software product.

Empathy isn’t an abstract feeling. It’s a skill we develop and strengthen like a muscle. I’ve heard it said that empathy is proactive perspective-taking and problem-solving. Let’s get really good at uncovering our customers’ beliefs, values, preferences, and points of view.
